Terms and Conditions

 

These are the terms and conditions for patients who are considering cosmetic treatments with NeoGlow Aesthetics.

 

Consultation Fees

 

NeoGlow Aesthetics offer a free 30 minute consultation. A consultation is required prior to any new treatments.

 

Deposit

 

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required for all treatments at the time of booking with the exception of LA Glow Express and LA Glow Deluxe Dermaplaning Facials.

 

The deposit is then deducted from your treatment if you wish to proceed.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

At NeoGlow Aesthetics we understand that patients have commitments and may have to change or cancel their appointments.

 

Please contact us directly and provide us with as much information as possible if you do need to re-arrange or cancel your appointment.

 

We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or cancellation if is it less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

Complaints

 

NeoGlow Aesthetics are committed to providing a professional service to all of our patients. There is a complaints procedure in place if you are unhappy with any of the service provided or outcomes of your treatments.
